Data technician.
Are you an independent installation technician with experience in security technology? At Solid Systems, you will work on reliable security systems for a wide range of clients. You will install, maintain, and carefully commission systems. In doing so, you work independently, maintain an overview, and ensure the quality that clients can rely on.
Your role
As a Data Technician, you are responsible for installing and maintaining data networks. Your duties include:
- You have an MBO degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent (or are willing to learn)
- Installing and setting up data cables (UTP)
- Placing and connecting patch panels and network points
- Testing and verifying network connections
- Troubleshooting data network issues
- Working from technical drawings and diagrams
- Collaborating with colleagues on various projects
About you
- You have 2+ years of experience in network cabling
- You have an interest in data and network technology
- You have technical insight and a precise work ethic
- You hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
- You have a good command of the Dutch language
